Saurabh Sinha is a distinguished professor and holds the Wallace H. Coulter Distinguished Chair in Biomedical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Additionally, Sinha has co-directed the NIH BD2K Center of Excellence and was a thrust lead at the NSF AI Institute at UIUC. His commitment to education is evident through his leadership in data science education at the Mayo Clinic-University of Illinois Alliance. Furthermore, Sinha served as Program co-Chair for the annual RECOMB Regulatory Systems Genomics conference and was a Board Director for the International Society for Computational Biology during 2018-2021. His contributions to the field have earned him the title of University Scholar at UIUC and recognition as a Fellow of the AIMBE since 2018.
