Scott Dunham received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University in 1979, followed by M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 1980 and 1985, respectively. He has served as a faculty member in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Boston University from 1985 to 1999. In 1999, he joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Washington, where he is also an adjunct faculty member in Physics and Materials Science & Engineering. His research focuses on the fundamental understanding and modeling of complex materials, as well as nanofabrication processes and electronic and optoelectronic devices.
