Scott Dunham received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University in 1979, followed by M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 1980 and 1985, respectively. He was a faculty member in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Boston University from 1985 until 1999. In 1999, he joined the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Washington and also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Physics and Materials Science & Engineering departments. His research focuses on fundamental understanding and modeling of complex materials, nanofabrication processes, and electronic and optoelectronic devices.
