Dr. Sean O Brady

Biography

Sean O'Brady is an Assistant Professor at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University. He is also an associate member of McMaster's School of Labour Studies and has research affiliations with Cornell University's Ithaca Co-Lab and the Inter-University Research Centre Globalization Work (CRIMT). His research interests encompass comparative employment relations and human resource management, reflecting a commitment to understanding the dynamics of workplace interactions and labor market trends. As a visiting researcher at the European Trade Union Institute, he contributes to discussions on labor rights and policy implications in the contemporary workforce. Dr. O'Brady holds a Postdoctoral fellowship from Cornell University, a PhD from Université de Montréal, a Master's degree from Carleton University, and a Bachelor's degree from Concordia University.
