Biography

Seirin Goldade completed her Bachelor of Science in Immunology at McGill University in 2008, followed by her undergraduate medical education at the University of Calgary in 2011. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Dalhousie University in 2018 and underwent additional postgraduate training through the Clinician Investigator Program at Dalhousie University, earning a Master of Science in Community Health Epidemiology in 2020. Since beginning her practice in 2018, she has worked locum positions across Alberta, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick before establishing her practice in Saskatoon in 2020, where she provides outpatient care at Cornerstone Medical Clinic. Dr. Goldade is a generalist in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has a passion for teaching and research. Her research interests focus on risk prediction modelling, the application of clinical administrative data research for quality improvement, and the long-term impacts of pregnancy on maternal cardiovascular and metabolic disease. Currently, she serves as the Resident Research Director for the University of Saskatchewan's Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program. Her clinical interests encompass general obstetrics and gynecology, as well as gynecologic care for pediatric and adolescent patients, including those who are gender-diverse. Outside the hospital, Dr. Goldade enjoys music, sunshine, and spending time with her family.
