Dr. Sen Kon

Biography

Sen Choeng Kon is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School, specializing in Strategy and Policy. He has over 20 years of corporate experience in multinational companies, including British Telecom Australia, Nortel Networks, and SingTel. His academic background includes teaching Strategic Management at both the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University, and he has also taught Business Capstone at Singapore Management University. Dr. Kon is actively involved in editorial capacities for journals such as Thunderbird International Business Review and the Journal of Strategy Management. He has contributed extensively to literature in his field with publications that address the challenges faced by C-suite executives in the Asia Pacific and has authored works on global leadership competencies. His educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Applied Economics from Victoria University, an MBA from RMIT, and a Master of Science degree in Computing Studies with Artificial Intelligence from the University of Essex. Dr. Kon has also participated in various executive education programs at prestigious institutions like IMD and the University of Oxford. Moreover, he holds leadership roles in professional associations and has served on the advisory board of the Halogen Foundation Singapore.
