Biography

Senthil Veeraraghavan is a Professor at the Wharton School, focusing on Operations, Information, and Decisions. His research investigates the role of information uncertainty in operations management, utilizing both theoretical frameworks and data analysis techniques. Veeraraghavan's current work examines the operational implications of consumer reactions to dynamic pricing models. His studies have been published in reputable journals including Management Science, Operations Research, and Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, highlighting critical insights into operations strategy, pricing revenue management, service operations management, and supply chain management. In 2013, he received recognition for a paper addressing quality-speed tradeoff issues in services, which won an award for its contribution to the field. Veeraraghavan graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and earned his PhD from Carnegie Mellon University, affirming his strong academic background and expertise in operations analysis.
