Dr. Serge Lecours

Biography

Serge Lecours is a full professor in the Department of Psychology at Université de Montréal. His research primarily focuses on the intricate links between affect regulation and psychopathology, with a specific emphasis on mental functioning domains such as mentalization and alexithymia. He engages in both theoretical analysis and empirical research, utilizing various methodological strategies, including qualitative and quantitative discourse analysis, questionnaire development, and experimental tasks.
