Biography

Sergio Garcia is an internationally recognized leader in the field of dairy production systems, specializing in pasture management and integration of crops within dairy farming. He completed his undergraduate studies in Agriculture and went on to obtain a Master's degree in Ruminant Nutrition from the National Institute of Agricultural Research (INTA) in Argentina. Currently, he serves as the Director of the Dairy Research Foundation and leads the Dairy Science Group at Camden. Garcia is deeply involved in supervising graduate students from Australia and Latin America, and his work contributes to the sustainability and competitiveness of the Australian dairy industry.
