Biography

Seth Margolis is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at Brown University. He earned his Ph.D. from Yeshiva University and completed his predoctoral neuropsychology internship at the University of California San Diego. Margolis also undertook postdoctoral fellowship training in neuropsychology at Brown University. He is board certified in clinical neuropsychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology and works as a staff neuropsychologist within Brown University Health. His work focuses on neuropsychological evaluations for diagnostic and treatment planning purposes, particularly in relation to aging, epilepsy, and the impact of chronic illnesses on cognitive behavior. As a clinical supervisor, he oversees Brown’s APA-accredited clinical psychology internship training program and the postdoctoral training program in neuropsychology. Margolis co-directs the Researching Everyday Activities Living (REAL) Lab and is heavily involved in various professional committees related to neuropsychology. He has been awarded the National Academy of Neuropsychology’s Early Career Service Award in recognition of his commitment to the field.
