Biography

Seth Warschausky is a professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Michigan Medical School. He is a pediatric neuropsychologist and co-principal investigator of the NIH-funded Pediatrac Project, which focuses on conducting complex longitudinal studies aimed at refining parent report measures of child development. Warschausky has also co-founded the Neurodevelopmental Assessment Core within the Michigan Institute for Clinical Health Research, providing support and resources for clinical trials and expertise in developmental and psychological neuropsychological outcomes assessment. His research primarily centers around neuropsychology and cerebral palsy, and he has served on the NINDS/AACPDM Cerebral Palsy Common Data Elements workgroup. In addition, Warschausky is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of the International Neuropsychological Society and is part of the Scientific Advisory Committee for the Cerebral Palsy Foundation's Medical Advisory Board. He holds a PhD from Wayne State University and a BA from Oberlin College, with research interests spanning neuropsychology of congenital neurodevelopmental conditions, early motor development in infants at risk due to preterm birth, and psychometrics focusing on accessible cognitive developmental assessment strategies.
