Biography

Professor Shane Bullock is the Head of the School of Monash Rural Health, Australia's oldest and largest rural clinical school. In this role, he leads educational and research engagement activities aimed at improving health outcomes for rural and regional communities. With a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and a PhD in Pharmacology from Monash University, Professor Bullock has been involved in training future health professionals in regional settings for over two decades, spanning regions from Far North Queensland to Victoria. He has co-authored several Australian textbooks including 'Fundamentals of Pharmacology' and 'Principles of Pathophysiology for Health Professionals'. Professor Bullock’s work has been published in respected journals such as the Australasian Journal of Educational Technology, Health Education, and Medical Education.
