Biography

Shankar Srinivas is a Professor of Developmental Biology at the University of Oxford, where he leads research in understanding the mechanisms of embryonic development. He completed a BSc at Nizam College in Hyderabad, India, followed by a PhD on molecular genetics of kidney development at Columbia University, New York.
