Biography

Shannon Bell, MD received her medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Boston Medical Center. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine at Boston University. Dr. Bell's research interests encompass the role of simulation in medical education, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety, particularly focusing on resident skill development. Additionally, Dr. Bell created and serves as the course director for a correctional health elective for fourth-year medical students at Boston University School of Medicine.
