Biography

Shannon Sterling is an Associate Professor in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at Dalhousie University. With a Ph.D. in Earth Sciences from Duke University, her research focuses on various aspects of hydrology, including carbon dioxide removal, climate change, and water resources. She has led the Dalhousie Hydrology Research Group since 2015 and previously held an Assistant Professorship at the same institution.
