Biography

Shao-Liang Zheng joined Harvard University in 2009, where he supervises aspects of the X-ray Core facility. He lectures on Chem 255, which covers Practical Crystallography in Chemistry and Materials Science during the spring term. Before his appointment at Harvard, Dr. Zheng worked as a research scientist under Professor Philip Coppens at SUNY Buffalo, emphasizing photocrystallographic studies of host-guest crystals. He earned his PhD in Inorganic Chemistry in 2003 from Sun Yat-Sen University in China.
