Biography

Shelena Keulemans is an Assistant Professor in Public Administration at Radboud University. Her research focuses on frontline workers and employs an interdisciplinary approach that combines insights from public administration, psychology, and organizational science to understand the social processes within bureaucracies and how these shape civil servants' psychological dispositions, their interactions with citizens, decision-making, and overall well-being.
