Sherie M. Randolph is an associate professor of history at Georgia Institute of Technology and serves as the co-director of the Black Feminist Think Tank. Her acclaimed book, Florynce “Flo” Kennedy: Life of a Black Feminist Radical, explores the interconnections between the Black Power movement, civil rights, and leftist feminist movements. She has also held the position of Associate Director at the Women’s Research & Resource Center at Spelman College, throughout which she has received various grants and fellowships. Randolph offers courses such as Women & Gender in the U.S., African American History since 1865, the Civil Rights Movement, and various seminar topics in both History and Sociology.
