Biography

Shimul Kanti Nath is a postdoctoral research associate at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, specializing in Electronic Materials Engineering. He earned his Ph.D. from The Australian National University in July 2021, focusing on topics related to photovoltaic renewable energy engineering. With extensive research experience, he has expertise in photodetectors and oxide-based memristors, and is currently exploring potential emerging technologies, next-generation remote sensing, and brain-inspired computing. Dr. Nath has authored and co-authored over 31 research articles published in prestigious scientific journals and has presented his work at numerous national and international conferences. He has received several awards, including the prestigious Forrest Prospect Fellowship in 2021, and continues to contribute significantly to his field through a variety of research projects.
