Dr. Shubham Vaishnav

Biography

Shubham Vaishnav is a PhD student at Stockholm University, specializing in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with a particular focus on applications in wireless communications and networking. His research is primarily centered on AI-driven multiobjective optimization for decision-making, particularly in the context of the Internet of Things (IoT) and wireless networks. Vaishnav has expressed a profound enthusiasm for research and teaching, working under the supervision of Associate Professor Sindri Magnusson. He has published papers in top-tier venues such as the IEEE Internet of Things Journal and the IEEE Global Communications Conference. Over his academic career, Shubham has successfully supervised 27 theses at both the Master's and Bachelor's levels and has contributed by delivering lectures and conducting lab sessions in Reinforcement Learning and Clustering courses at the Department of Computer and Systems Sciences (DSV). His research interests include Multiobjective Optimization, Federated Learning, Reinforcement Learning, AI-driven decision-making, and applications in Fog networks.
