Biography

Professor Shujun Ding received his bachelor's degree in Economics and master's degree in Accounting from Renmin University of China. He obtained his Ph.D. in Accounting from the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary, in 2007. Professor Ding joined the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa in July 2011, after working as an assistant professor at York University in Toronto, Canada. He teaches subjects related to management and financial accounting, and his primary research interests focus on judgment and decision-making in accounting contexts, corporate governance, and accounting finance issues within small businesses. His recent work has been published in various peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting, Auditing & Finance, and Journal of Business Ethics.
