Biography

Siavash Vahidi is an Assistant Professor in the College of Biological Science at the University of Guelph, specializing in the structure and dynamics of large biomolecular complexes. His lab develops advanced methods such as mass spectrometry and NMR to answer critical biological questions and is committed to training students in a range of scientific methodologies. His work aims to better understand protein homeostasis and the mechanisms of antibiotic action.
