Biography

Professor Silvana Gaudieri has over 20 years of experience examining viruses and the host's immune response to pathogens. Her seminal studies have demonstrated the adaptation of viruses, including Hepatitis C, Hepatitis B, and HIV, to immune responses at the population level. She has innovated novel high-throughput approaches for epitope discovery and immunophenotyping T cell responses.
