Biography

Simon Kräuchi is a doctoral student at the University of Fribourg in the Environmental Sciences Humanities Institute. His doctoral thesis addresses the normative implications of climate loss and damages, focusing on the negative impacts of climate change that can no longer be averted. He is particularly interested in the institutionalization of climate justice and the ethical challenges associated with loss and damage, as well as questions of procedural justice at both local and international levels.
