Dr. Simon Onderi

Biography

Simon Onderi, MD, is an emergency radiologist specializing in the rapid diagnosis and treatment of acute medical conditions utilizing a variety of advanced imaging techniques. He focuses on identifying critical issues such as fractures, internal bleeding, and organ damage through advanced imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs. As an assistant professor in the Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging at Yale School of Medicine, Dr. Onderi works to refine imaging approaches that help clinicians diagnose acute conditions and aims to advance protocols that support swift, accurate care for patients in critical settings. He received his medical training from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed an internship in general surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center, followed by a residency in diagnostic radiology at Winthrop University Hospital.
