Biography

Sinisa Durovic received his Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Montenegro in 2002 and completed his Ph.D. in the same field at the University of Manchester in 2007. He joined the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Manchester as a lecturer on August 1, 2010. His research activities primarily focus on modeling, design, and operation of electric machines and drives, as well as condition monitoring and sensorless techniques in electric machine applications. Durovic is actively engaged in projects related to renewable energy technologies and has contributed significantly to the field of power conversion. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he has held editorial positions with various journals, including IEEE Access and the International Journal of Electrical Power & Energy Systems, and has participated in numerous collaborative research endeavors that advance understanding in his areas of expertise.
