Siran Zhan is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Management and Governance at UNSW Business School. She co-leads a research cluster on strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship, applying a psychological lens to investigate complex issues related to innovation and entrepreneurship. Siran has successfully trained over 1000 students to develop and pitch numerous startup ideas and has fostered innovation projects in local communities. She actively seeks collaborations with researchers and industry partners to generate research-based insights and solutions that promote innovation and effective management of entrepreneurial talents.
