Dr. Sonja Rispens

Biography

Sonja Rispens is an Associate Professor at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). Her areas of expertise include organizational culture, behavior, leadership, and social organizational psychology, with a focus on teamwork. Sonja's research aims to bridge the dynamic gap between work-related conflict and optimal collaboration within organizations. With extensive experience in conflict management and resolution, her work forms the foundation for investigating the antecedents and consequences of collaborative processes necessary for building positive and sustainable organizations.
