Biography

Spencer Henson is a Full Professor in the Department of Food, Agricultural Resource Economics at Ontario Agricultural College. He also holds an adjunct faculty position with the Guelph Institute of Development Studies. Henson’s academic background includes a BSc, MSc, and PhD in Food Economics from the University of Reading.
