Biography

Spyridon (Spyros) Kostantinis is a resident in the Traditional Internal Medicine Program at Yale School of Medicine. He obtained his medical degree from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens in Greece. Prior to his residency, he served as a research fellow at the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation, where he worked on multicenter registries and randomized controlled trials investigating complex coronary interventions. His research focuses on coronary chronic total occlusion interventions and intravascular imaging bifurcation lesion interventions. His work has been published in prominent peer-reviewed journals, including JACC: Cardiovascular Interventions, Circulation: Cardiovascular Interventions, Eurointervention, American Journal of Cardiology, and International Journal of Cardiology.
