Spyros has held teaching and research positions in the United Kingdom, Sweden, and various European countries, including the London School of Economics and Political Science and Lund University. Spyros is currently accepting MA students interested in topics such as collective action, nationalism, and the cultural-political dimensions of Islam in the West, with a particular focus on the historical relations and cultural politics of Muslim communities in Europe and North America, as well as conflict in the Middle East and Southeastern Europe.
