Biography

Sri Chandana Kanchibhotla is a Research Officer at the Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing (CHeBA) at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). Her primary research interests focus on understanding the genetics underlying aging and age-related disorders. Chandana has worked on significant cohorts including the Sydney Centenarian Study, the Older Australian Twins Study (OATS), and the Sydney Memory Ageing Study (MAS). She currently operates within the Genetics and Epigenomics Group led by Dr. Karen Mather at CHeBA. In recognition of her academic excellence during her Master's studies, she received the Gordon Parker Award from the School of Psychiatry for the Best Student Paper in 2014.
