Stacey Finley is a Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Quantitative & Computational Biology at the University of Southern California (USC). She is the inaugural holder of the Nicole A. Thuan Q. Pham Professorship. Finley received her Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University. She completed her postdoctoral training at Johns Hopkins University in the Department of Biomedical Engineering. Finley joined the USC faculty in 2013, where she leads the Computational Systems Biology Laboratory. She holds a joint appointment in the Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science and is a member of the USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center. Finley has served on the MABS Study Section at the National Institutes of Health and her research is supported by grants from the National Science Foundation, NIH, and the American Cancer Society. She has received several honors including the NSF Faculty Early CAREER Award in 2016 and is an elected fellow of the American Institute for Biological and Medical Engineering and the Biomedical Engineering Society.
