Dr. Stacy Rosenberg

Biography

Stacy Rosenberg is an Associate Teaching Professor at Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College, focusing on public policy and managerial disciplines. She has taught graduate-level courses including Writing Public Policy, Writing for Creative Industries, Professional Speaking, and Strategic Presentation Skills. With over a decade of experience at CMU, she has also served on the Faculty Affairs Council and various promotion and reappointment committees. Prior to her tenure at CMU, Stacy spent ten years at New York University in roles such as Assistant Director of External Relations in the Department of Media, Culture, Communication, and later as Associate Director in the School of Hospitality, Tourism, and Sports Management. At NYU, she co-taught courses in social impact and media criticism. Early in her career, Stacy worked as a web producer for Ticketmaster-Citysearch.com and in television production with major companies like the Walt Disney Company and Universal Studios. She holds a bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Operations Management from the University of Florida, graduating summa cum laude, and received her MA in Media, Culture, and Communication from NYU.
