Dr. Stanley Nweke Eze

Biography

Stanley U. Nweke-Eze holds a PhD in International Investment Law from the University of Hong Kong, an LLM in International Economic Law from Harvard Law School, an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge, and a first-class LLB from Nnamdi Azikwe University, Nigeria. His current research interests include Commercial Law, Dispute Settlement, International Economic Law, and Law Development, with a particular focus on economic relationships involving Africa, Canada, and China. He has authored peer-reviewed publications in these areas and is frequently invited to speak at academic and professional forums. Stanley is admitted to practice law in Nigeria, New York, and England & Wales. His legal practice primarily centers on Dispute Settlement, including commercial investor-state arbitration and commercial litigation, as well as Transaction Advisory across various jurisdictions and industry sectors. He has received numerous academic awards and professional recognitions in legal directories and associations, including Lexology Index, Legal 500, and the Association of Young Arbitrators.
