Dr. Stefan Voß

Biography

Professor Stefan Voß is a well-respected member of the academic community, renowned for his contributions to the fields of Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics. With a strong foundation in both Mathematics and Business Administration from the University of Hamburg, he completed his doctorate and habilitation at the Technical University of Darmstadt. Professor Voß has served as a full professor and as managing director of the chair for Business Studies, Business Informatics, and Information Management at the Technical University of Braunschweig from 1995 to 2002. His innovative research engages pivotal issues in computational logistics, intelligent search algorithms, and the application of heuristics in practical scenarios. He is known for his involvement in various consulting projects and has organized numerous academic conferences. His significant number of publications in prominent journals establishes him as an authority in his areas of expertise, earning him international recognition.
