Dr. Stefanie Mahrer

Biography

Stefanie Mahrer is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of History at the University of Bern. Her research focuses on the modern history of the Ordinariate and the impact of socio-political changes on historical narratives. She has been awarded the SNF-PRIMA grant for her project managing in the field. Stefanie is dedicated to exploring various interdisciplinary approaches to historical study and has a keen interest in the methodologies of historical research. Alongside her academic role, she is involved in various outreach activities aimed at promoting awareness of historical studies. Mahrer regularly publishes her findings and contributes to academic dialogues in her field. She maintains a personal website where she shares additional insights about her research and publications.
