Biography

Stefano Scagnolari is a lecturer and researcher at the Università della Svizzera italiana, where he is affiliated with the Institute of Economic Research (IRE) and the Tourism Observatory (O-Tur). He specializes in the analysis of the tourism industry in Ticino, focusing on systematic observation of tourism demand and local supply. Scagnolari has also been involved in collaborative teaching efforts between USI and the University of Pisa, focusing on courses such as 'Transport Mobility and Tourism' and 'Statistics for Tourism.'
