Biography

Stefano Tardini graduated in Classical Philology in 2002 and obtained a Ph.D. in Language Sciences from the Catholic University of Milan, where he wrote a thesis on the linguistic semiotic features of virtual communities. In 2004, he became the head of the USI eLab - eLearning Lab and serves as a lecturer at the Università della Svizzera italiana in the Faculty of Communication, Culture and Society. His research interests focus on ICT-mediated communication, eLearning, virtual communities, and online social networks. He is a certified facilitator in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology and has received the Credit Suisse Award for Teaching on behalf of the entire eLab in 2021. His competence areas include Communication Technologies, eLearning, LEGO® Serious Play®, and Online Communication.
