Biography

Steffen R. Giessner is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour Change at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where he focuses on the intersection of organizational psychology and management. His primary research interests include employee support during organizational mergers, followers' perceptions of leadership, antecedents of leader behavior, and non-verbal communication of power.
