Dr. Stein Brekke

Biography

Stein Arne Brekke is a postdoctoral researcher in political science at the University of Copenhagen. He is currently involved in the EU-Apply project, which focuses on the implementation of health policy within the European Union. His research interests encompass various aspects of political science, particularly how health policies are realized and adapted across EU member states. Over the past five years, Brekke has engaged in collaborations and research projects that analyze the dynamics of health policy implementation at the country and territory levels. He has contributed to several publications that investigate the implications of legislative frameworks on public health outcomes, as well as methods to enhance research efficiency and quality in health policy studies.
