Biography

Stephan Meisel is an Associate Professor at the University of Twente in the Department of Stochastic Operations Research Industrial Engineering Business Information Systems. His work focuses predominantly on sequential decision making under uncertainty, particularly in applications related to energy systems and logistics. His recent research projects include the development of algorithms for asset-backed short-term energy trading and real-time vehicle routing algorithms for last-mile delivery applications.
