Biography

Stephan Onggo is a Professor of Business Analytics at the University of Southampton, with a distinguished career in simulation modeling methodology. Currently, he serves as the Associate Dean for Internationalisation at the Southampton Business School, leading courses on business analytics and simulation modeling, with active involvement in various outreach and editorial roles. His innovative research focuses on multi-fidelity simulation optimization and behavioral modeling, exploring the intersection of human behavior and simulation techniques.
