Biography

Stephanie Gnissios is an engineer, entrepreneur, and startup mentor with a focus on sustainability, impact, and climate change. She has established a startup mentorship program at Oxford University Innovation, pairing her extensive business experience with early-stage ventures in the Oxford ecosystem. Stephanie utilizes her experience in the financial and mining sectors, enhanced by her Executive MBA from Saïd Business School, to lead the climate risk advisory firm she co-founded, Climate Risk Services, which integrates climate factors into strategic decision-making and financial management.
