Stephanie Law received a B.S. in Physics from Iowa State University and a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Her materials of interest include two-dimensional materials, topological materials, and semiconductor materials synthesized using molecular beam epitaxy, emphasizing applications in infrared and terahertz optoelectronics and quantum information science.
