Biography

Stephanie Lynch is a Pharmacist and Research Lead at the Belleville-Quinte Site, affiliated with Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Toronto in 2014, following an Accredited Canadian Pharmacy Residency at Horizon Health Network and Dalhousie University in 2012. Prior to her doctoral studies, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Dalhousie University in 2011 and a Bachelor of Science from the same institution in 2007. With expertise in ambulatory care pharmacy and polypharmacy medication deprescribing, Stephanie has developed a strong interest in team-based primary care and healthcare quality improvement. Since joining the Quinte Family Health Team in 2014, she has engaged in practice-based research and serves as a teaching pharmacist for medical residents and pharmacy students. She previously worked as a Nephrology Pharmacist at Kingston Health Sciences Centre, where she supervised pharmacy residents in research projects. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys curling, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
