Biography

Stephen Broadberry is a professor of economics at Nuffield College, University of Oxford, with a distinguished career in the field of economic history. He has served as editor for significant journals such as the Economic History Review and the European Review of Economic History. Broadberry has held the position of president in multiple economic history organizations, demonstrating his leadership within the academic community. He is also a fellow of the British Academy and leads research themes associated with the CAGE at the University of Warwick.
