Stephen Sau-Shing Cheung is a Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at Brock University and a Senior Research Fellow. His research primarily focuses on environmental ergonomics and human physiology performance under various environmental stresses such as heat, cold, air, water, hydration, and altitude.
