Biography

Stephen Ritchie is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and has been teaching at the University of Chicago Law School since 2011. He has a background as Counsel, formerly as a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago, where his practice concentrated on complex business transactions with a focus on structuring and managing mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and venture capital investments.
