Stephen joined the University of Southampton in September 2023 and currently works as a Teaching Fellow in the Education School. He serves as the Associate Programme Lead for the BSc Education & Psychology programme and teaches a range of undergraduate and postgraduate modules. He supervises students completing dissertations for the MSc Education programme and has developed the philosophy of education module for third-year undergraduates.
